How much does your service cost?

Our rates are based on the number of minutes you use, and the type of work we do for you. We have off-the-rack packages, but can also create a custom option. Call one of our expert Business Consultants today, and we'll put together an affordable package the suits your needs.

How many minutes will I need?

This depends on the number of call you expect to receive and the information you need us to collect or convey. If you've used a service in the past, a previous bill or statement could be very helpful in determining the right package of minutes for you. If you're new to this, call one of our expert Business Consultants today, and we'll ask you some questions and help you get a better idea of where you stand.

Is there a setup fee?

At Call Management Resources, we do not charge a setup fee for standard answering service. We charge a monthly base fee, a package of minutes fee, and if you of over, an overage. Other than that, you won't see any strange or hidden fees.

Are any of your agents off-shore?

For the last 60 year, Call Management Resources is proud to have been and continue to be fully US-based and staffed. Our agents answer from two major operations centers in California and Ohio, and eight additional states.

Why should I use an answering service or call center? Couldn't I just carry a cell phone?
