How do I forward my phone calls?

There are many ways to forward your inbound calls, however, traditional call forwarding requires you to select the line you want to forward and dial an access code (usually *72) followed by the number you want to forward to. Most local phone companies also offer “No Answer Transfer” and “Forced Ring Roll-Over” options. To un-forward, you can typically use *73.

Do I need to buy equipment?

Absolutely not! Your phone company has built-in features that allow you to quickly and easily forward your calls to our call center.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on the complexity of the account. If you’re an answering service client, usually within 24 hours.

How does billing work?

Your service has a base monthly fee and a certain number of included live operator minutes. This base fee includes our entire suite of features bundled together. So, unlike most call centers who nickel and dime after charging a low monthly rate, Call Management Resources charges a flat monthly rate so there are no surprises when you get your monthly bill!

Where are your agents located?

We are proud to say that 100% of our agents are located in the United States. More specifically, we have agents answering remotely and from our facilities in Columbus, Oh.

Will my callers always get a live operator?

Absolutely. All calls are answered by a live agent 24 hours a day. Additionally, we have nearly non-existent hold-times with 98% of our calls answered within the first two rings.
